Students: - Hi teacher!
Teacher: - Christmas is coming and we have to get ready for it! Would you like to know about how students celebrate Christmas in other countries? Ok! So we are going to find out about it!
Students: - How.. teacher? How...?
Teacher: - Well, let's make a small project:
- Bend a DinA-4 white paper by its halves and cut it. Cut it again to use is as if it was the canvas of a painting reducing the size of the DinA-4 a bit, but keep the shape of a rectangle.
- Draw and decorate one of the halves with a Christmas drawing. This is going to be the main drawing of the Christmas card.
- Then get a DinA-4 coloured cardboard and bend it to create a kind of book. The first page of that book, the cover, is going to be the frame of the painting.
- Stick the drawing you made before onto the cover of that cardboard "book" and, then, in the second page, write and decorate the message: "I wish you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
- In the third page, the students must write a short text introducing them (name, age, the place where they live) and expressing how they celebrate Christmas and the things they do (between 50 to 75 words), check the spelling, please. Decorate the text page with Christmas ornaments.
- Decorate the Christmas cards as much as you want, specially the sections inside the "book". Use different types of materiales to decorate them.
Teacher: - Relax! You have to bring only these things:
- A coloured (any colour) Din-A4 cardboard.
- A white paper to draw on.
- Anything you would like to use to decorate your Christmas card.
- Bring yourself with a smile in your face!
Students: - Alright Teacher! It sounds good!!
